Hello to all you night owls,

John here.

Just a quick update tonight from me. Below is a very "ruff" image taken from The Useless Super Heroes!! I can't go into to much detail but lets just say someone is really showing her power!! ENJOY!!

This weeks pick are:

Mouse Guard!!! This is written and illustrated by David Petersen. This story is about mice who are rangers/warriors who battle snakes, monsters and EVIL mice to save their people. It's a great and original story line!! I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Next is The Amory Wars by Claudio Sanchez of Coheed and Cambria. It's a really well put together SciFi read. The art is done by Gabriel Guzman and it's really well done!! Simple and loads of style. If you're a fan of CO & CA, it's a must read!! I give it 3.5/4 out of 5 stars. If you don't know who Coheed and Cambria is...well....GOOGLE THEM!! YOUR LIFE IS INCOMPLETE!!

Last (but not least) is the Looking Glass Wars by Frank Beddor. This book is about Alyss (that's how it's spelled in this book) being forced to leave Wonderland (which she is to be queen of) and comes to our world. I can't go into much detail but lets just say Redd (her aunt) is a real B word!! Check it out if you are a fan of Alice in Wonderland. It's a nice/quick read. I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

Well I gotta go back to watching Creature from the Black Lagoon now w/ the girl.

Welcome to the era of Forcefield POWER!

Hey guys -

Marko here. I think I speak for all of us when I promise to you that each and every issue of The Useless Superheroes will be the very best comic you're going to spend your cash on.

John M., Jon C. and I all have rich memories of our favorite comics - both from back in the day as well as just last week. We're inspired by what authors / illustrators have poured their time into - it's on our minds as we plot, sketch characters, illustrate scenes, and so on. We think - Will this be as good as Claremont's X-Men? As far out as Coheed and Cambria? As well coordinated as Perez' Avengers? As cool and sleek as Bruce Timm's Batman?

The answer will always be yes!

Hello fans of the Useless Super Heroes,

John Morales here. I am the NEWEST member to the Useless World. I’m here to help bring the story to life and I’m a part of the writing team. We will be getting to know each other a lot more in the coming weeks!!!

Currently we are still in the plotting stages of the book and it’s starting to move forward (BIG TIME MOVEMENT BABY)!!! It’s very exciting. This very evening Mark (creator mastermind), Jon (super artist man) and I (badass writer) will be meeting to work on the final plotting stages and move on to layout/story boarding. The book is really starting to take shape and have a lot more life of its own. I hope to have some **NEW** photos up of some of our heroes soon.
